Weather: Two phases of bad weather – when will Attica be affected
The first phase of events will be seen in western Greece today and Thursday and will slowly spread to the rest of the country, while the second is expected to bring rain for two to three days starting on Saturday.
Attica will also be affected by the events. Rain is expected to begin Thursday evening and continue through Friday afternoon. The weather will improve temporarily and new rains will fall from Saturday.

Scattered clouds temporarily thickened over Thrace and the Eastern Aegean islands. Cloudiness will increase in the rest of the country, local rains will fall, mainly in the coastal parts of the western and southern seas, occasional thunderstorms have been observed.
Some snow will fall in the mountains of Epirus and western Macedonia.
The wind will be 4-6 from the east southeast, 7-Beaufort from local Ionia.
The air temperature will rise slightly mainly in the south and will be 18 in the west, 14 in the northern continental areas, 17 in other continental regions, 18-20 degrees in Cyclades, Crete and Dodecanese.

EAST STEREA, EVIA, EAST PELOPONNISOS
Weather: Temporarily cloudy with local showers and isolated thunderstorms in Eastern Peloponnese.
Winds: 3 to 5 Beaufort from easterly directions.
Temperature: between 09 and 17 degrees.
CYCLADES, CRETE
Weather: Clouds have increased in Crete and the Cyclades with gradual localized rain. Separately, the storms will continue in the western regions first, and in other regions from the afternoon.
Winds: East Southeast 3 to 5 Beaufort, locally South Southeast to 6 Beaufort in the evening.
Temperature: between 11 and 19 degrees.
EAST AEGEAN ISLANDS – DODECANISE

Weather: Increasing cloudiness with local rains.

Cloudy in Macedonia and Thrace, small amounts of local rain will fall in the west of Macedonia in the morning and in the easternmost regions of Thrace in the evening.
In the rest of the country, clouds with local showers and occasional storms mainly in the Ionian, Eastern Aegean and Dodecanese regions.
Gradually until noon in Epirus, Western Steria and Thessaly, and from noon in Eastern Steria, Peloponnese, Cyclades and Crete they will weaken and last until the evening, keeping places in Ionia, the Eastern Aegean and the Twelve Islands.
In the North Aegean, the winds that will blow in the northeast at 4-6 will go to the southeast and weaken in the afternoon. In the rest of the regions, southeast winds will blow from 5 to 6, in the afternoon from 3 to 5 Beaufort.

Winds will be from the south 3 to 4, and locally from 5 to 4 in the seas, gradually increasing in the evening.

Cloudiness will increase in some places in the rest of the country, and rain is likely to fall in the rest of the mainland and the Cyclades. Crete and Eastern Aegean islands, and occasional thunderstorms will be observed in the rest of the mainland (southern parts).
