Crete Gastronomic Region of Europe for 2026

The International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Art and Tourism approved the inclusion of Crete in the Gastronomic Regions of Europe during the Board meeting.

The island was declared “Gastronomic Region of Europe for 2026” by the unanimous decision of the Committee of Experts who recently visited it.
